About Us
Ms. Gonzalez-Eloy was born in Santa Clara, Cuba and lived in Venezuela for over 5 years. As an immigrant herself, Ms. Gonzalez-Eloy understands the unique trials and challenges that immigrants face. Her personal experiences have made her a passionate and dedicated advocate for her clients. Ms. Gonzalez-Eloy offers personalized attention to every case and prioritizes clients' needs.

Ms. Gonzalez-Eloy practices in all areas of immigration and nationality law, but focuses primarily on employment-based and business immigration. She has experience representing clients with extraordinary abilities in filing various immigrant and non-immigrant visas, including O-1, EB-1, and EB-2/NIW visas, among others. Prior to founding the law firm, Ms. Gonzalez-Eloy worked for a multi-national law firm assisting corporate clients with their immigration needs. She also worked for a boutique immigration law firm representing numerous high-profile clients.
Ms. Gonzalez-Eloy graduated from the University of Miami School of Law. During her time in law school, she acquired immigration experience through her involvement in UM's Health Rights Clinic, where she assisted clients in a variety of immigration issues. Ms. Gonzalez-Eloy also served as a UM Law student ambassador. She was honored with the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for her outstanding performance and proficiency in legal writing and research.
Prior to law school, Ms. Gonzalez-Eloy attended the University of Florida, where she graduated at the top of her class with two Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and African American Studies. During her time at the University of Florida, she served the school and the local community in various leadership positions, including as President of the Cuban American Students Association.
She is admitted and licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Ms. Gonzalez-Eloy is fluent in both Spanish and English.
